Montalier works in formalized relationships, with written agreements covering the scope of the project,
remuneration etc.
Remuneration models may be based on retainers or invoicing
of time and expenses. If the circumstances are right, we may occasionally also accept “no cure, no pay” arrangements.
Depending on the size, scope, goals and timing of a project,
remuneration may also contain finder’s fees, percentage of signing and milestone payments and/or time-limited commission on sustained commercial transactions or
royalties.
The configuration may vary from deal to deal. Some clients
may prefer to include commissions as incentives for longer term success of the deals, while other clients may prefer clear-cut endpoints and no involvement in the
follow-up. The choice is yours.
